Fractional consulting allows businesses to access the expertise of Mobility Subject Matter Experts without needing a long-term commitment. Fractional consultants can work remotely or on-site, depending on the needs of the business. This flexibility allows small businesses to adapt to changing circumstances and quickly respond to business demands, particularly those needing only a part-time mobility resource. This work could include but is not limited to, providing cost estimates, preparing assignment or relocation letters, and coordinating third-party service providers.
Whether creating mobility policies for the first time or benchmarking existing policies and refreshing them, we will work to understand the landscape and parameters you want to create. We have experience in creating domestic, international relocation, and assignment policies that are more traditional in nature, as well as those built with flexibility in mind. We will tailor policies to meet your business goals and objectives.
In-house or outsourced, the backbone of any mobility program is how it operates. We can create the mobility infrastructure from the ground up or do a detailed review and analysis of the operational effectiveness of your current program. For existing programs, we would review roles and responsibilities and process documents, conduct chairside interviews with applicable team members, and conduct a Voice of the Customer (VOC) to gain stakeholder perspectives and assist with change management if required.
Whether you are new to or experienced in global mobility, we can provide Mobility 101 training or a more comprehensive training focused on tax equalization, payroll, or compliance. Training sessions are tailored to your needs.
We will work with you to develop a solid mobility strategy that aligns with your Company's goals and objectives. We'll help you create and implement a roadmap unique to your Mobility program.
